Visionary uses the data and information you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. If you provide personal data for a certain reason, we may use the personal data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us to express your interest in participating in a trial of our products and services, we will use the personal data you provide to answer your question and/or confirm your eligibility to participate in one of our pilots.

Visionary may also use your personal data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Site to help us improve the content and functionality of the Site, to better understand our users and to improve the Site. Visionary and its affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below.

We may use personal information for other purposes that are clearly disclosed to you at the time you provide personal information or with your consent.

Sharing of Information We Collect

We disclose your information to third parties for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Site, to protect us or others, or in the event of a major business transaction such as a merger, sale, or asset transfer, as described below.

Agents, Consultants and Service Providers

Visionary, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include back-end service providers, independent contractors and similar third parties. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.

Business Transfers

As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, personal data may be part of the transferred assets.

Related Companies

We may also share your personal data with our corporate affiliates and subsidiaries, if any, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Legal Requirements

Visionary may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Visionary, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site, our products and services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

Links to Other Websites

The Site may have links to third-party websites, which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the practices of such sites, nor does any such link imply that Visionary endorses or has reviewed the third party site subject to such link. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

Children and Minors

Visionary does not knowingly collect personal data from minors under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any personal data through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal data without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a minor under the age of 18 has provided personal data to Visionary through the Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Data Security

We have taken certain physical, administrative, and technical steps to safeguard the information we collect from and about our Site visitors. While we make reasonable efforts to help ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee our security measures. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Site. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal data to Visionary.

The online advertising industry provides websites from which you may opt out of receiving targeted ads from data partners and other advertising partners that participate in self-regulatory programs. You can access these and learn more about targeted advertising and consumer choice and privacy by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative, the Digital Advertising Alliance, the European Digital Advertising Alliance, and the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada. Please note you must separately opt out in each browser and on each device.

We endeavor to safeguard your personal information consistent with the requirements of applicable laws.

If we transfer personal information which originates in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and/or the United Kingdom to a country that has not been found to provide an adequate level of protection under applicable data protection laws, one of the safeguards we may use to support such transfer is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information about the safeguards we use for international transfers of your personal information, please contact us as set forth below.

Retention of Personal Information

We store the personal information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Sites, or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we may consider applicable legal requirements, the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, certain risk factors, the purposes for which we process your personal information, and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means.

Supplemental Notice for Nevada Residents. If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties who intend to license or sell that personal information. If you have any questions, please contact us as set forth below.

Supplemental Notice for California Residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated.
